MediaPipe Tasks Vision runtime and face models — third-party notice

The video face-blur tool on tools.numlm.com (pages /video/face-blur/,
/video/pixelate-face-video/ and /video/hide-face-in-video/) runs the files in
this directory inside a Web Worker on the visitor's device. They are published
here as separate files — not bundled into the site's own JavaScript — and are
NOT MODIFIED in any way.

No modifications. The runtime and both models are the original files; the

How the tool uses the models
----------------------------

The models are used only to find WHERE faces are in a video frame and to
confirm a candidate by fitting a facial outline, so that the face can be
blurred, pixelated or covered. No identity recognition is performed, no face
embeddings or templates are computed or stored, and no image, frame, face
position or result ever leaves the visitor's browser. The files are fetched
from this site (same origin) and kept in the browser's cache; nothing is sent
in return.
