The service

NumLM Tools is a free collection of calculators, converters and text, developer, file, finance and AI tools that run entirely in your browser. No account is needed and no fee is charged. We may add, change, suspend or remove any tool — or the service as a whole — at any time without notice.

Results are not professional advice

Every result is an automated calculation provided for general information and education. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice, and no result creates any offer or obligation. Exchange rates are daily reference rates, not rates any bank will transact at; finance results are planning estimates; health-related figures (such as BMI) are generic formulas, not a diagnosis. Verify independently before acting on any result that matters — you use the tools and their output at your own risk.

Your data and backups

Everything you enter is processed and stored only in your browser; we cannot see it, and we cannot restore it. Browser data can be lost — cleared site data, private windows, another device, or your browser’s own eviction policies. Where a tool offers Export, use it as your backup. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data stored locally in your browser.

Acceptable use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attack, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, and do not scrape it at volumes that impair it for others.
• Do not misrepresent the site or its results as your own service, and do not remove or obscure notices of origin.
• Do not submit unlawful content, or another person’s personal data, through the feedback form.

Intellectual property

The site’s own code, texts, design and the NL mark are © NumLM, all rights reserved; the site and its code may not be copied or republished. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed on the Help page. What you create with the tools is yours: results, converted files and generated data may be used freely, including commercially, with no attribution required.

Feedback

Feedback is voluntary. By sending it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to operate and improve the service, without compensation or obligation to act on it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NumLM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit, arising from use of (or inability to use) the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving you of protections granted by mandatory law of the country where you reside.
